Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs using various engineering tools and software.
• Design and specify HVAC systems and mechanical equipment with a focus on sustainability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and compliance analyses.
• Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and recommendations for project considerations.
• Collaborate across disciplines, participating in design and construction meetings.
• Edit material and construction specifications to align with project requirements.
• Implement and coordinate designs in a BIM environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, including design checklists and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Support junior team members and provide technical guidance on project challenges.
