Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in critical care (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any Critical Care specialty)

Must-Have:
- Ventilator experience
- Art/Central line management skills
- Chest tube management skills
Job Description:
- Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit with a 16-bed capacity.
- Maintain a 2:1 nurse to patient ratio during night shifts.
- Utilize equipment such as GE monitors, EV 1000, Hemispheres, CRRT (NextStage), Impella, Swan Ganz, Art lines, chest tubes, and ventilators.
- Proficiently use the Meditech Electronic Medical Record system.
- Perform procedures including hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz, Art lines, and chest tubes.
- Exhibit a team-oriented approach and collaborate effectively with care teams.
- Float to areas including Medical ICU, Neuro Surgical ICU, and Cardiac Progressive Care Unit as required.
- Adhere to dress code by wearing royal blue scrubs.
- Work two weekend shifts biweekly, with no on-call duty involved.
Preference will be given to candidates with specific CVICU experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella, Meditech experience, BSN, and CCRN.
