Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitoring of patients.
- Administer medications and therapies as per medical guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the medical team to implement patient care plans.
- Respond quickly to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Participate in unit meetings and continuous education opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and health and safety standards.
