Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Every Other Weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours
Experience: 3+ Years Required; Completion of 1+ Travel Assignment Required
License: Michigan License Verification Required
Certifications: ACLS Required
Must-Have: Primarily ICU Experience; Flexibility to Float to CVICU Preferred
Job Description:
- Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
- Adhere to hospital policies, mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
- Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient and family-centered care.
- Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
- Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
- Make appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
