Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. Our therapists travel to patients' homes, offering: Comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans, Postoperative rehabilitation, Pain management, Mobility improvement and others.
As a Travel Physical Therapist , you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy. Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
  • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • This role requires travel to various locations, candidates must have their own method of transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong physiology knowledge to design effective treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with trigger point therapy for pain management.
  • Ability to work effectively in both clinic and hospital environments.
  • Must have a reliable method of transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
Education & Experience
  • Proficient in patient care with a focus on geriatrics and hospital medicine.
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, particularly in orthopedics.
  • You must have a Physical Therapy License to work in CA and CPR certification.
  • You must have a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
