Seeking a RN Clinical Educator-ICU/PCU for the Hospital setting in the beautiful state of Vermont. Interested candidates should have 7+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting including 3+ years in the ICU/PCU specific experience. Previous educational nursing instructor experience is preferred. MSN is required. Highly competitive pay and benefits.
Requirements of the ICU/PCU Nurse Educator:

• 7+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting
• 3+ years in the ICU/PCU Setting
• Fully proficient in all areas covered in Basic Integrated Nursing General Orientation; able to instruct independently.
• MSN is required
• Previous experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences required.

• The Clinical Educator functions as a leader in education, a staff development resource, and mentor.
• Supports collaboration between the academic and practice settings.
• Supports continuous learning and professional development through provision of in-services; education program development, implementation, and evaluation; and competency assessment.
• Promotes and demonstrates evidence-based practice.
