Position Duties:• Conduct preventive maintenance activities on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime.• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and extend lifespan.• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.• Perform scheduled equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to meet production requirements.• Source and procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing input on equipment modifications, process enhancements, and efficiency improvements.• Train and assist production personnel in the safe operation and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment.• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and external vendors regarding equipment performance, maintenance needs, and potential issues.
