Account Request System Coordinator
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Baltimore, MD.
About this position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Request System Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating new client accounts and ensuring compliance with KYC standards. You'll work closely with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML, IED/FID Risk, and Operations, as well as directly with clients to gather the necessary documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
•Initiate the Account Request System for new client accounts.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML, IED/FID Risk, and Operations) to ensure seamless account setup.
•Communicate with clients to collect the required documentation for KYC compliance.
•Ensure that all new legal entities meet KYC standards by coordinating with internal teams.
•Continuously monitor processes to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.

Pay/Salary Range
