Description:
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in various healthcare settings across the Sioux land area. The role offers flexibility with per diem, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities. Shifts vary depending on assignment and facility.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and perform prescribed medical procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adapt to diverse healthcare settings and maintain high standards of care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
