13 provider primary care practice with more than 15 specialists onsite.

Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.

34 patient contact hours per week.

Openings : 1.0 FTE (Full Time) or less - Flexible schedule.

Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

M Health Fairview Clinic - Edina ( is located in a busy medical office building next to award-winning Fairview Southdale Hospital. Edina is conveniently located at the crossroads of several major highways less than 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, in the growing and vibrant Southwest suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Qualifications
n

Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.

BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
n n- n
Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
n n- n
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
n n- n
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
n n- n
At least 2 or more years Primary Care experience.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
