They are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Investor Relations Communications Associate to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the corporate development and investor relations function through effective communication and engagement strategies to grow our investor community. The ideal candidate will have some understanding of financial markets, analytical skills, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

• Communication Support: Assist in the development and distribution of investor communications, including press releases, earnings releases, presentations, annual reports, and other investor-related materials.
• Market Analysis : Assist the VP of Corporate Development in monitoring financial markets, peer companies, and industry trends to provide insights that inform our investor communication strategies and materials.
• Data Management: Maintain and update retail and institutional investor databases, ensuring all investor interactions and communications are accurately recorded.
• Investor Relationships: Assist the VP of Corporate Development and Executive team with institutional investor and analyst relationships including database management, meeting organization, preparation, and calendar management.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and execute investor events such as earnings calls, investor days, event presentation and conferences, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our social media, web management, and finance teams to ensure alignment on messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Management: Assist the VP of Corporate Development with the management of IR and communications vendors including relationships, payment, and ROI management tracking.
• Content Creation and Distribution: Assist in the drafting and editing of content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website updates, and social media content, to enhance investor engagement.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelors in Finance, Communications or Business.
• 2-3 years experience in Investor Relations, Corporate communications, or similar.
• Proficiency with financial data, analysis, metric management, and reporting.
• Familiar with content creation and managing social media platforms like X and LI.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Mailchimp.
