40-bed Medical / Telemetry Monitored unit; Epic experience required.
MEDICAL EXPERIENCE WITH TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years recent related medical/telemetry experience in a medium to large sized facility.
Patient population includes Pre and Post catheterization, Pacemaker and EP study patients, chest pain etiology unknown, cardiac dysrhythmia, CHF, hypertension, syncope, abdominal pain and others.
Must be comfortable caring for and monitoring post cardiac procedural patients. MUST have telemetry proficiency; will be required to pass a Dysrhythmia and Medication test upon start of assignment.
Flexibility to float to Sister unit 3 North, Tele and other Medical/Surgical and related telemetry and observation units which may include but not limited to other units within the Heart Hospital arena: 1 Specialty progressive and 3 / 4 Specialty universal bed units.
Patient contact may include COVID-19 patients.
BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
