Superica is seeking a spirited Beverage Manager!

As Rocket Farm Restaurants continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Beverage Manager to join our executive Superica team! This role is vital to maintaining and enhancing our beverage program across all locations. You’ll work closely with restaurant teams to uphold Superica’s high beverage standards while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

This role requires regular travel to various Superica locations, including out-of-state restaurants, to provide on-site support, training, and guidance. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are key as you’ll play an essential role in ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience behind the bar, previous management experience within the Rocket Farm environment, strong mentoring skills, and a passion for all things beverage.

Competitive salary: $65,000 – $80,000/yr. DOE + generous quarterly bonus program
