Description:

Premier dining location in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a culinary professional with the ability to manage the entire kitchen operation. The Chef de Cuisine will mentor a team that will create cuisine relevant to Palm Beach that balances quality, profitability, and consistency. He or she will be highly organized and have experience managing a restaurant kitchen, ideally with a background in both hotels/clubs and restaurants, be strong in training and technology and have effective interpersonal skills.
