Sho Pizza Bar will be opening in East Nashville, TN early Spring 2025!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare pizza menu offerings in accordance with recipe and quality standards
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station in accordance with health standards
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chef
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in pizza production and knowledge of variety and regionality of italian pizza
- Previous experience working with wood burning oven, convection oven and other commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
