Job Description About this job... Nosco is looking for an Account Management Specialist at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
As an employee owner in this position, you will act as the primary liaison between the customer and all internal departments at Nosco, ensuring that orders are completed according to customer specifications. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers, fostering an environment that supports ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will... - Receive customer artwork, specifications, and purchase orders to initiate proof requests, spec creation, and order entry.
- Partner with Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries, requests, and concerns from both internal and external customers.
- Effectively manage customer's projects from estimating and design to specification creation, proofing, order entry, and date confirmation.
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to Sales by accurately generating Product Pages, Pricing, Engineering, and Quality requests.
- Lead critical pre and postproduction reviews, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service expectations are understood and met by both the customer and internal teams.'
- Notify Sales, Planning, and Production teams of important customer activities, including order changes, inquiries, and status updates.
Success factors... - College Degree preferred, 4 years or equivalent job performance in relevant position. Experience in printing and/or packaging is preferred.
- 2-5+ years of directly related experience in Customer Service or Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with various front end and operations teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Proficient in using computers for business tasks, with a strong focus on Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
