Janitorial Tasks

All Tasks

• 5am – 12pm, M – F
• $18 /hr
• Collect and dispose of trash from all office areas (Sales, Operations, Accounting, Kitchen)
• Clean ice coolers
• Clean and restock bathrooms with essential supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper
• Restock all paper towel, hand soap, and hand sanitizer dispenser in the building
• Sweep all floors thoroughly.
• Vacuum carpets and rug
• Mop floors or use the floor machine where appropriate
• Wipe down walls, doors, and door handles to maintain cleanliness.
• Keep the loading dock area swept and organized
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure the facility remains as clean as possible
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request reorders as necessary.
• Conduct occasional deep cleaning, including carpet cleaning and use of swing machine and floor machine

-Shampoo Rugs
-Swing Machine Trash Room
-Wipe down walls
-Clean windows 
-Clean dehumidifier filter
-Check drain strainer
-Vacuum all trucks/mop backs
-Use floor machine over entire building
-Clean all trash cans

Yearly Tasks

- Power wash building exterior including parking lot
