Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve small plates, sandwiches, cheese boards, salads, cured meats, and other cold / hot dishes with attention to quality and presentation.
- Demonstrate expertise in charcuterie and cheese board arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and innovate new menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
