Job Description

Our restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate chef and kitchen help to join our  team. The ideal candidate will have a love for crafting high-quality, delicious small plates, sandwiches,  cheese boards, salads, cured meats, and a variety of cold and hot dishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve small plates, sandwiches, cheese boards, salads, cured meats, and other cold / hot dishes with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in charcuterie and cheese board arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and innovate new menu items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
  • Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Provide support in various kitchen tasks as needed.
