**About The Avery:**
The Avery is a 120-seat fine dining restaurant known for exceptional cuisine, ambiance, and attentive service. We are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for each guest from the moment they arrive. We're looking for a friendly and professional **Host** to be the welcoming face of The Avery.

**Position: Host**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Warm Welcome & Guest Experience:** Greet each guest warmly, ensuring a memorable first impression and a positive start to their dining experience.
- **Reservation Management:** Manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively to optimize the flow of service and maintain a smooth guest experience.
- **Ambiance Maintenance:** Ensure that the reception area and entrance are well-maintained, presenting a polished and inviting environment.
- **Communication & Coordination:** Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless communication and timely seating for guests.
- **Guest Relations:** Address any special requests, assist with inquiries, and handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Excellent Communication Skills:** A warm and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Professionalism & Reliability:** Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of guest service.
- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming environment.
- **Experience Preferred:** Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred but not required.
