Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. After training you will be running within the Great Lakes/North Central Region.

Pay/Benefits

n- $1300 - $1400 average weekly pay
n- .56 - .64 a mile depending on experience
n- $40 stop pay.
n- $40 short haul pay.
n- $50 Driver assist pay
n- Training Pay $650 week (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months experience
n- .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Job Details

n- Running lane is the North Central Regional.
n- Hauling 53' Dry Van trailers.
n- Home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset (weekends most likely but not guaranteed).
n- Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload and sometimes driver assist.
n- Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
n- Miles a week is 2000.
n- No trainees out of Minnesota

Requirements
n
n- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
n- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
n- Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
n- Cannot have been terminated from last job. Safety to review all criminal convictions.
n- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
n- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
n- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
n
