POSITION TYPE: Physical Therapist
SPECIALTY UNIT: Outpatient Orthopedics
LOCATION: Renton, WA
SHIFT: Days
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to enhance our dynamic team at our Renton clinic location. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather patients' medical histories, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans using appropriate physical therapy modalities based on patient diagnoses.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records, including progress notes and detailed treatment plans for each patient.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and responses to treatments, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with a range of health professionals, both within and outside the clinic, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare facility or clinic is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
