Successful completion and graduation from an accredited occupational therapy or COTA professional program NYS certification and licensure as an occupational therapist or COTA Knowledge and use of occupational therapy theories, models of practice, principles, and evidence-based evaluation and practice to guide intervention decisions K-12

Seeking substitutes to fulfill two separate leave positions:
Dec 4, 2024-Dec. 20, 2024 and
April 21, 2025 through remainder of the school year (potential to continue) into the 2025-26 school year.
