SUMMARY OF POSITION:nnThe Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse of provider. The LPN will observe, report and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record. The LPN will instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans.
