$1,000 Sign On Bonus Days/Hrs Vary 40 hrs/wk Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals.
- Perform medical treatment when necessary, i.e. temperatures, blood pressures, etc.
- Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.
- Make referrals for appropriate health care and dental needs if applicable.
- Perform on-call responsibilities, as assigned by the Director of Nursing services
Requirements - Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 2 years' experience. At least two years working in the field of developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license & Insured vehicle.
