JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Patient's will travel to residence homes in the Burlington/Walworth area
Required Skills: Strong computer-based skills with ability to learn computer-based scheduling and documentation system. Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and through written reports, with strong documentation skills. Good interpersonal skills, time management and self-organization skills.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with EPIC documentation (not required)
