Week 1: Off; Week 2: Clinic M-F 8-5 with nightly call once a week, Call Sat & Sun
Rate types: Hourly, 24 hour call, night call, call back and weekend call
Patients per day in clinic - 20-30
100% Adult
Outpatient office clinic & hospital based
Office staff: 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 MAs, 1 lab tech, 1.5 US techs
Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse
Requirement description : Board Certified Urology- REQUIRED
MA license in hand - REQUIRED Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIRED at name clear
Clean malpractice/background for fast credentialing - HIGHLY Preferred
