Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care in a rural hospital setting.
- Care for a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, and occasionally pediatrics, with available staff support.
- Work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
- Ensure patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize Meditech for Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Adapt to variable workloads and maintain professionalism in a small hospital environment.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
