This role will be responsible for supporting our client's manufacturing & production employee population. It is a true generalist role that will handle onboarding to offboarding. This is an exciting time to join the company due to their expansion Description Recruitment and Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes. Develop and maintain relationships with local staffing agencies and job boards. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on workplace issues. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by resolving conflicts and ensuring open communication. Conduct investigations related to employee grievances or policy violations. HR Policies and Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, diversity, and safety regulations. Performance Management Support managers in performance appraisal processes, goal-setting, and employee development plans. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant programs. Address performance issues with constructive feedback and documentation. Compensation and Benefits Administer payroll and employee benefits programs. Handle open enrollment, benefits communication, and changes. Benchmark salaries and benefits to maintain competitive offerings. HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and projects.
