The Sr. Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects within the commercial, K12, higher education, and municipal construction industry, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry. Description Oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion. Review project plans and specifications, establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to. Manage project budget, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated resources. Report progress and any issues to senior management regularly. Profile A successful Sr. Project Manager should have: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (not required) Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient with project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods. Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
