At the end of the day, despite having all these tools, sellers continue to make avoidable wrong decisions and lose deals because they lack the guidance to know how to push deals forward.

?? Your Role
We're building our foundational team and looking for a senior full-stack engineer to leave their mark on Pod. You'll have direct and significant impact on the business trajectory, playing a central role in product development to building the best AI workspace for sales people.
Given how early we are, you'll have a tremendous impact on our company culture, engineering philosophy, the people we hire, and the products we ship.
Ideally, you're an entrepreneur at heart, are hungry to affect change, and have experience in advising, building, and operating SaaS businesses.
Some of the problems you’ll work on solving

- Build an AI-first product in the sales technology space.
- Lead the architecture design of the solution across infrastructure, back-end, and front-end stacks.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Contribute to MLOps to deploy powerful AI models
- Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to build the best product.
- Develop software verification plans/quality assurance procedures.
- Explore new technologies and find ways to incorporate it into the product.
- Participate in the ideation, creation, and implementation of our product roadmap.
