WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Site Superintendent, you will take command of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Direct the Action: Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to project specifications.
• Be the Communication Hub: Coordinate between senior management, consultants, contractors, and trades to maintain alignment and efficiency.
• Deliver Excellence: Monitor progress, solve issues, and take corrective actions to meet key deadlines and deliver a top-quality final product.
• Foster Growth: Mentor and train team members while scheduling and optimizing crew performance.

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a supervisory role within the ICI and/or Multi- Family construction industry.
