I'm looking for an Audit Engagement Manager for a downtown accounting firm.Your responsibilities will include:
- manage a multitude of audit mandates for NPOs and others;- be autonomous in preparing financial statements and files in compliance with current accounting and assurance standards;- communicate with client resources to meet their needs and obtain the information required to complete assignments;- train, supervise and review work performed by less experienced professionals;- prepare various corporate and personal tax returns to ensure compliance;- be open to the possibility of participating in various special mandates.Your profile :- CPA professional designation;- 2 to 5 years' assurance experience in an accounting firm;- Proficiency in software (Excel, Word, Taxprep);- Proficiency in Caseware software is an asset;
