(Hospitalists, Hospitalist Advanced Practice Providers and Intensivist Physicians) Services as Vizient Clinical Database Coordinator Qualifications Education Bachelor degree in Clinical or Business degree required Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Quality (inpatient or outpatient) required. Licensure/Certification Must obtain CPHQ within 2 years of hire date.
