Job Title: UI Lead

Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of UI Developers, ensuring high-quality UI deliverables that are aligned with user needs and business goals.

· Skilled in designing and implementing scalable and efficient front-end architecture, with a strong understanding of modern web development principles and best practices.

· Partner with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements into exceptional user interfaces.

· Define and maintain the UI design system for the POD, including components, patterns, and best practices.

· Manage deadlines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of UI components.

· Working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders.

· Lead the team technically and contribute individually at framework level

· Should be able to identify reusable components

· Should have ability to develop responsive & cross browser UI designs using HTML & CSS.

· Should be able to troubleshoot & debug the application.

· Should be able to Integrate Rest API’s.

· Produce code of highest quality confirming to established standards of the organization.

· Increase code quality through unit testing.

· Provide guidance and influence other team members to ensure their productivity.

· Performing code reviews and refactoring.

· Implement accessible solutions that meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 AA standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 10+ years of experience as a UI Developer with a strong focus on UI.

· Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.

· In-depth knowledge of React and best practices for building user interfaces with it.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Experience:

· Strong work experienced in React, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies who can analyse, and develop code.

· Good understanding of micro fronted architecture using module federation and webpack.

· Good experience on unit testing using Jest and RTL.

· Strong Experience on UI Libraries like MUI.

· Good understanding of web accessibility concepts.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.

· Proven experience in user interface monitoring using Azure\'s Application Insights.

· Should have knowledge on Azure AD & B2C Implementation.

· Good experience in optimizing user interface performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and identifying areas for improvement.

· Experience with front-end development tools (e.g., Figma).

· Strong work experience on core JavaScript.

· Should be able to create pixel perfect screens, that meet exacting design standards, ensuring a flawless user experience.

· Knowledge of REST Web API Integration.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and deployment strategies

· Troubleshooting system performance issues in production environments

· Good to have Experience with .NET Core and above

· Good to have Experience in RDBMS, TSQL (SQL Server) and other database-related experience.

Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure Cloud is a plus
