This is a part-time role (3 days per week, in-office) located near Yonge and Finch, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25–$27 . It starts as a 6-month contract with the potential for renewal and the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right fit.

Responsibilities
- Meeting and Event Coordination
- Schedule meetings and arrange appointments and events for the team.
- Prepare reports and take meeting minutes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue bookings, setup, and materials to ensure smooth execution.
- Organizational Support
- Maintain well-organized digital filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Manage travel bookings for team members, Board members, and MFAC, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, in collaboration with the finance team.
- Manage and order office supplies to support day-to-day operations.
- Database and Information Management
- Maintain accurate and organized donor and volunteer databases to foster connections with supporters.
- General Administrative Assistance
- Step in to support team members with ad-hoc tasks, research, and special projects as needed to help achieve shared goals and objectives.

- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately, meeting required deadlines.

- Arrange seamless travel schedules for team members, addressing all logistical needs efficiently.
