In the performance of this role, we are looking for an individual with solid working experience of:

• Site Engineering
• The site design process
• Utility Design
• Storm Water Management (hydrology/hydraulics, pond modeling)
• Grading plans, drainage
• Strong Civil 3D Skills
• Permitting and Regulatory Coordination

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required
• 3+ years experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation, HEC-RAS, Hydragraphs/Hydraflow, tr-55
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Candidates with Professional Engineering (PE) registration in WI or an FE / EIT certification preferred
• Business Development and/or Project Management experience is also a plus
