Customer Service Representative

 

We are seeking dedicated and flexible Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional support to customers. This role offers a mix of on-site and remote opportunities, with flexible shifts to accommodate a 24/7 operation. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers with a passion for helping people and improving processes.


What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proctor processes, ensuring customers follow provided instructions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, incorrect orders, or delayed results.
  • Provide support via call center operations, including customer service and proctoring tasks.
  • Engage in research and development efforts to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in delivering best-in-class service by resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships using CRM tools to document interactions and issue replacements.

Shift Details

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (4–6 weeks on-site training, occasionally flexible 7:00 AM–4:00 PM).
  • Day Shift: In-office.
  • Overnight/Weekend Shifts: Remote; equipment provided.
  • Options: 6:00 PM–4:00 AM, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, or 2:00 AM–10:00 AM 
  • Must be available for at least one weekend day.
  • Preferred Shift: Midnight–8:00 AM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Call center experience (preferred over retail experience).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred, including reading and writing).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to think outside the box, contribute ideas, and improve processes.
  • Passion for helping customers and impacting their experiences positively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including proctoring, customer service calls, and assisting with R&D initiatives.
