We are seeking an experienced Associate with a focus on Civil Litigation to join our prestigious legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a legal professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on complex and challenging cases. Our firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and dedication to serving our clients, and we are looking for an individual who shares these values. The successful candidate will have a strong background in at least 4+ years of experience in the Civil Litigation.
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation, your responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in all stages of civil litigation proceedings.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
3. Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters, including premises liability and insurance defense cases.
4. Participating in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
6. Maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
7. Staying updated on current laws, court decisions, and industry trends related to civil litigation.
8. Ensuring all legal activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation position should have the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the PA bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Civil Litigation - Insurance Defense, General, Premises, Product Liability or Personal Injury
4. Proven ability to meet 1900 billable hour requirement
