Job Description PM &R APP Needed at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN The PM&R Department is an integral specialty within our comprehensive Neuroscience Program, which includes the services of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine, Stroke and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Job Details: - Position Type: Full-time, 0.8 FTE
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2 weeks at St. Cloud Hospital (5-day work week)
- 2 weeks in clinic at CentraCare Plaza (3-day work week)
- Limited weekend and on-call phone responsibilities (rotation approximately once per month)
- Team Structure: Work at the top of your license alongside a team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Common Diagnoses Treated:
- Brain injury
- Post-stroke care
- Multiple sclerosis
- Parkinson's disease
- Amputations
- Other musculoskeletal conditions
Requirements: To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
- BLS Certification
