Hours can be 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am or 12am to 8am.nnDuties Include:nnFunctions as washer, dryer or runner person as assigned, following established procedure.nnServes as a liaison between Laundry personnel and unit personnel.nnEnsures an adequate stock of necessary supplies in the Laundry Room.nnReports to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry any personnel problems.nnRecords quantity of linen available for delivery on daily “Linen Delivery” roster. Reports any shortages to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry.nnEnsures washing, drying and folding of clothing and linen is done according to established procedures. Reports problems to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry (i.e. correct sorting, settings and weights are used, correct dryer temps, etc.)nnMonitors quality of personal laundry processing. Ensures clothing is draped to minimize wrinkling.nnMonitors condition of linens during folding process.
