Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 1845-0715, every other weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years
License: Current license to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania
Certifications: Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI NCI) training
Must-Have: Minimum of one-year full-time experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health
Job Description:
- Provide direct professional nursing care to psychiatric adult patients.
- Assess patient needs to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a supportive attitude.
- Comply with the American Heart Association's standards for BLS, renewed biennially.
- Maintain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, renewed every two years.
- Provide holiday coverage as required.
