NOW HIRING: LPN Supervisor 11pm-7am
LPN Supervisor responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment as necessary.
• Monitor patient conditions, update care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure that staff complies with all healthcare regulations, policies, and infection control practices.
• Conduct staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee and manage the shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels and resolving any staffing issues as they arise.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer processes for residents.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess patient needs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
