Shift Hours/Schedules:

  • Flexible scheduling with a rotating two-week track schedule
  • 1st shift: 7am-7pm
  • 3rd shift: 7pm-7am
  • Rotating weekends required (every other weekend)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments in a timely manner, and document accurately. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing assessments and recording vital signs.
  • Administering medications and necessary treatments as outlined in the Resident Care Plan.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Maintaining effective communication with residents’ physicians and medical personnel.
  • Documenting care provided and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Participating in the mentorship and training of team members.
  • Attending all required in-service training and educational programs.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • A four-year college or university degree is desired, but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, though not required
