Job Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and document procedures in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, ensuring responsive and high-quality care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, along with over-the-counter options, as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate).
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and clinical improvement methods is a plus.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $36.73 - $60.93.
