• Work in a 40-bed skilled nursing facility providing excellent staff-to-patient ratios.

Shift Details:

• Flexible scheduling with a rotating two-week track schedule.
• 1st shift: 7am-7pm; 3rd shift: 7pm-7am.
• Rotating weekends (every other weekend).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct resident care, administer medications and treatments accurately and timely, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Perform essential nursing services including resident assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.
• Document care and observations promptly to ensure high-quality service.
• Communicate and collaborate with residents' healthcare providers, including physicians and pharmacists.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility, following their Care Plans.
• Contribute to team training and support the development of staff members.
• Participate in all required training sessions and educational programs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
