Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for our West Chester, PA headquarters.
Lasko is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager at our West Chester, PA headquarters. This position will be hybrid, working in the office Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday.
Reporting to the Director of SIOP, this role is responsible for driving demand forecasting to optimize supply chain efficiency, meet customer demands, and support overall business objectives. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business Unit, Production, and Finance, to develop and refine demand plans and ensure operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting and Planning
    • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts utilizing historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
    • Lead monthly and weekly demand reviews to refine forecast accuracy and address market shifts or seasonal trends.
    • Drive cross-functional consensus on demand forecasts, communicating adjustments and opportunities to stakeholders.
    • Experience with SIOP processes and utilization of demand planning software (e.g., Atlas)
  • Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)
    • Support the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process by preparing forecasts for budget planning and strategic decision-making.
    • Contribute to SIOP meetings by presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize supply and demand alignment.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Utilize demand planning software to perform statistical analyses, improve forecast accuracy, and generate actionable insights.
    • Produce and distribute demand planning reports, tracking KPIs related to forecast accuracy, customer service performance, and inventory status.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within demand planning processes through data and analytics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Units, and Operations, ensuring demand plans incorporate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing strategies.
    • Partner with Finance to integrate demand forecasts into financial reporting and budget planning.
    • Facilitate communication between teams to address supply chain risks and ensure inventory availability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with SIOP processes and familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., Atlas, ERP)
  • Advanced analytical, forecasting, and statistical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
