With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, they're rapidly growing and offer exceptional opportunities for professional growth and impact.APPLY NOW FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION Description The Construction Sr. Project Manager - Civil Projects Up To $50M will be responsible for: Lead and manage civil, utility, and water/wastewater projects from preconstruction to closeout. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality to meet client expectations and company standards. Utilize Procore, B2W, and Primavera P6 to track progress, manage documentation, and report updates. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to address challenges and align on project goals. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all job sites. Profile The Successful Candidate Will Pocess: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil or ground up construction projects, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. OSHA certification is a plus.
