Description Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued at $10M from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and work plans to ensure project goals are met. Oversee all project phases, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and future collaboration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality construction standards. Identify and address project risks, resolving issues effectively and proactively. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership. Profile Proven track record of managing multiple commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $10M. 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale commercial builds. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in construction management software, budget analysis, and project scheduling tools. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
