Description Assist with preparing, reviewing, and filing corporate documents, contracts, and agreements. Support attorneys in handling corporate governance matters, entity management, and compliance tracking. Coordinate and track execution of legal documents using tools like DocuSign. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting summaries or memos as needed. Manage and organize corporate records, files, and databases. Assist with due diligence and document production for legal projects. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding legal matters. Profile Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate or legal department setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with legal technology, including document management systems and DocuSign. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
