Job Description
In this position, you will provide essential support to the project team on various projects, ranging from smaller tasks to larger, more complex initiatives. You will also serve as the primary technical resource on smaller projects. Client Details As an MEP building systems expert, out client provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings. Description Collaborate with management and stakeholders, ensuring they are updated on issues affecting project timelines and budgets. Manage and track change orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Expedite materials as required and estimate the impact of project changes. Interpret plans and specifications, providing clarity and guidance. Assemble comprehensive submittal packages and required project documentation. Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and services, and contribute to the selection and hiring of subcontractors. Address and resolve complex issues and challenges as they arise. Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of system design, including HVAC, plumbing, and a general understanding of system operations. Proficiency in reading mechanical and plumbing plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CADD and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
